Hello Everyone
What glorious weather we are having! Next week's forecast is promising too - promising a heat wave, so blue skies, sunshine and summer days are upon us.
Last weekend was such a lovely time with the open gardens in Toddington, and the fete at Westoning. People came out in strength to support the churches, which is such a blessing. Thank you so much to everyone who contributed to making the events so special.
Last weekend was also special because the Reverend Jenna Dearden, who used to be at Westoning Church, was ordained as priest at The Priory Church in Dunstable, alongside 3 other curates from different churches. The service was led by the Bishop of Bedford and was well attended. We send our heartfelt congratulations to Jenna who will continue to serve in Dunstable. For those wishing to see the service of ordination last Friday and the following Sunday service where Jenna led and celebrated Communion, please go to the links below.
Next Saturday Harlington Church will host the Nature Day (postponed from this Sunday).
We are also excited to announce the charity concerts at both Harlington Church tomorrow evening 7pm and at Toddington Parish Church next Sunday 17th at 7pm. Do please come along if you can and invite your friends and neighbours. Donations in aid of Ukraine.
